Townsville Uni Houses manages twelve purpose-built off-campus university houses. Each house has been designed to provide our students with the best combination of functionality and privacy. Some highlights of our houses include:

- Most rooms feature sliding door entry/exit access to the outside of the house, allowing for discreet entry and exit without disturbing others.
- Individual locks are installed on all room doors, ensuring that no one can access your room without a key.
- All bedrooms feature quality, name-brand queen-size ensembles (starting at $1,000 each).*
- All bedrooms feature large, high-quality office desks, perfect for studying.*
- All houses are fitted with split-system air conditioners throughout.
- Every laundry has two washing machines.

- Electricity, water, and lawn mowing are all included.
*For hygiene reasons office chairs, pillows, towels, and linen are not provided. A new waterproof mattress protector is provided at the start of each tenancy.
We pride ourselves on our management, responding promptly when you need us (e.g enquiries, repairs, assistance) but leaving you to focus on your studies uninterrupted when you don’t (e.g. no house inspections). We go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience staying with us.
